HOKA

 

Profession and personal passion collided when I got to work with Hoka for the launch of their “FLY HUMAN FLY” campaign.

Below are examples from the toolkits I helped make. My role went beyond writing as I collaborated with CDs, art, design and account to help pick talent for shoots, make selects on shots, and to overall offer my general running guidance to a team of non-runners.

Each toolkit served as a guide for how to launch and then sustain different types of Hoka running shoes through the lens of “FLY HUMAN FLY.”

 

MACH 5

We sought to showcase the snappy speed found when runners lace-up the Mach 5.


MAFATE SPEED 4

Trail runners are a little bit twisted and we wanted to appeal to these creatures of discomfort by highlighting the rugged landscape they can trek through in the Mafate.


CLIFTON 8

Probably the most iconic shoe in Hoka’s portfolio, we wanted to build on the legacy already well established by showing the world of possibility attainable when you step into the Clifton 8.


BONDI 8

Crafted for comfort, the Bondi 8 offers a remarkably smooth ride so we showed how it turns every run into a joyride.
